Im really enjoying my new job. Even though the hours are long and its hard work, its extremely rewarding. The home is situated on top of a hill, and from the front widows you have a lovely view of the sea.
Even though I dont have much time to stand and stare...its not a bad place to work at all
Im sorry I havent been posting much the last few days. I started a new job in a care home for the elderly and Im working twelve hour shifts. Its hard work and a lot to get used to, so Im trying to organise myself better and fit everything in.
But, I still have time to fit in my weekly visit to Patrice for her weekly chat. Lets see what questions she has this week
I must admit that over the years I have been a huge soda drinker. But, I have become a little tired of them and in a bid to be a bit nicer to my body, I have switched to drinking a lot more water, especially the flavoured kind. Its helping with my weight loss too, 42lb down so far

The sun has come out at last....and I'm so enjoying my walks. Everywhere is looking so fresh and green. I'm making the most of them, because next week, I'm starting a new job. I'm going to work as a carer in a home for the elderly. Its relief cover..so it will tide me over nicely til I go back to California in the Summer.
I will still try and do my daily walks...if I'm not too tired. I mean...how can I miss out on all this...
