Today I received Christmas cards from family in the UK that were mailed on December 3rd, sent first class airmail, and costing five British pounds. I think they must have come via Australia.
Interestingly enough..my friend Pennys card arrived yesterday. Her husband mailed it on December 20th, and he mistakenly put a 62p British first class stamp on it....yet it arrived sooner. Go figure!
Still...it was really good to have them...eventually
